Current clients of The Villa, refer a friend or family and receive a $500 CREDIT towards your next monthly care payment only.
All others, refer a friend or family and receive a $500 CHECK!
All referrals must reside on The Villa located at 12565 Downey Ave, Downey, CA 90242 for 3 months (90 days minimum) upon official date of admission (physical residency) to qualify. Should referral/perspective client vacate The Villa’s residency for any reasons (voluntary, eviction or deceased) less & than 3 months, referral bonus is nullified. No prorated compensation shall be given. Qualifiers will be issued a Referral Bonus Check or Referral Bonus Credit on the fourth month (from date of enrollment/admission).
A referral bonus contract must be filled out completely and submitted prior to the date of enrollment & submitted directly to the manager and/or administrator. Facility shall only submit (1) payment to (1) person only. Should there multiple persons who claimed to refer the perspective client, those individual are required to read & sign an agreement prior the official admission. (1) $500 payment shall be submitted & shall be equally divided to each multiple persons who had officially referred the perspective client. Multiple persons shall not receive $500 each.
